Roles/Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and field-based sales activity.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.

Develop and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Build strong, long-term client relationships across the hazardous and industrial waste sector.

Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

Gather and input accurate waste characterisation data to support pricing and logistics.

Identify and secure Total Waste Management (TWM) opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through CRM systems.

Coordinate customer visits and ensure a high-quality customer journey throughout the sales process.
