This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation looking to expand its footprint across the UK.We are partnering with a well-established and ambitious company seeking a high-performing individual to drive new business growth, build strategic client relationships, and play a key role in scaling a specialist division.The OpportunityThis is more than a sales role its a chance to position yourself as a trusted advisor in a technically complex and highly regulated sector.You will take ownership of developing new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public sector environments, while working closely with technical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions. Working hours are 40 per week, working remotely with 1-2 days in the office in the Dudley area, ideally candidates will live within 2 hours of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within Water Treatment and Water Hygiene marketsBuild and manage a strong pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targetsPrepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and client presentationsDevelop long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Facilities Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teamsConduct site visits and technical discussions to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutionsStay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developmentsCollaborate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure successful project deliveryRepresent the business at industry events and networking opportunitiesWhat Were Looking ForProven track record in business development or sales within Water Treatment, Water Hygiene, or a related technical sectorStrong understanding of Legionella control and relevant compliance frameworks (e.g. ACoP L8, HSG 274)Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to translate technical information into clear, client-focused solutionsHighly self-motivated, organised, and target-drivenIndustry certifications (e.g. Legionella Control, Water Treatment training)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travelWhy Apply?Competitive base salary of £51,000 with performance-related bonusCompany vehicle and full support for field-based workJoin a business with strong growth ambitions and genuine market opportunityPlay a key role in shaping and expanding a specialist divisionAutonomy to build your territory and make a real commercial impactSupport from experienced technical and operational teamsJBRP1_UKTJ
