Business Development Manager Role: Full-time, Permanent Location: London, Guildford About The Role The primary focus of this role is to proactively generate specifications and drive sales across all channels, including Retail and Contracts. Key Responsibilities Identify prospective Architects & Designers (A&D) practices within a designated radius of each showroom and target geographical growth areas. Build brand awareness with new and existing A&D practices through direct contact. Develop a network of new A&D clients within the targeted areas. Achieve sales and margin targets by generating leads and closing deals. Actively develop new sales opportunities and collaborate with the wider team to secure new business for both showroom and contracts departments. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and developments within the bathroom sector. Organize and host regular trade events at showrooms and across the UK and internationally.
