The Role Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities within the healthcare fit-out and refurbishment market. This is a key role focused on developing relationships, securing new work, and strengthening the company's position within this specialist sector.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare fit-out and refurbishment sector

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders

Managing the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation through to contract award

Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids

Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and providing accurate forecasts

Contributing to overall business growth strategy within the healthcare market

The Ideal Candidate The successful Business Development Manager will have:

Proven experience in a Business Development role within fit-out and refurbishment

Demonstrable experience working specifically within the healthcare sector

A strong network of contacts across healthcare clients, consultants, or frameworks

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A commercially astute approach with the ability to identify profitable opportunities

A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a track record of winning work

A full UK driving licence
