Business Development Manager (Experienced Sales Professionals)

Position Type: Self-Employed | Full-Time | Flexible Hours

Earnings:

  • Year 1: £45,000 - £60,000+
  • Year 2: £100,000+
  • Year 3: £150,000+
  • Monthly Guarantee (Milestone-Based) and Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

This is not a typical sales role.

Our client is looking for experienced BDMs and sales professionals - people who know how to sell, who've had success, but may not yet have achieved the consistency or long-term upside they're capable of.

This is an opportunity to move beyond being “just commission-based” and start operating like a business owner.

You'll use a proven system designed to help you:

  • Build consistent performance
  • Develop high-level sales skills
  • Create long-term, scalable income

For those with ambition, there is also a clear path to build, train, and lead your own team.

Key Positioning Shift:

  • Not a trainee role

  • Not “learn sales from scratch”
