The Business Development Manager role: Your core focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in positioning our client as a go-to provider in their field.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Winning New Business
Proactively identify and target new opportunities within eCommerce, retail, and online marketplace sectors
Engage with brands requiring end-to-end, from storage through to final delivery
Build tailored proposals aligned to client volumes, operational needs, and commercial objectives
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements
Consistently deliver against revenue targets and growth KPIs
Growing & Managing Account
Managing Your Pipelin
Working Cross-Functionally
Building Partnerships & Market Presence
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in business development, ideally in supply chain and/or logistics
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close and grow accounts
Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management skills
