As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include…

* Sourcing new business through research, networking, and outreach

* Driving growth by creating & executing strategic plans to expand clients & market reach

* Cultivating lasting relationships with clients & key decision-makers in target industries

* Preparing & presenting proposals and bids to prospective clients

* Negotiating & closing sales contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes & client satisfaction

* Hitting sales targets to drive long-term growth in recurring cleaning revenue

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, with the following skills and experience…

* A full UK driving license is required

* Experience in business development, ideally within cleaning/facilities management

* Proven sales track record of consistently exceeding targets

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to build strong relationships and networks with clients and key stakeholders

* Self-motivated with a proactive drive for new business.

* Strong attention to detail and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

In return, the successful Business Development Manager, will receive a salary between £37,000 - £42,000 plus the following benefits…
