We’re working with a long-established, market-leading digital marketing business that partners with SMEs across the UK to help them grow through smart, results-driven digital solutions.
They’re looking for a driven, field-based Business Development Manager to own a North West territory and win new business.
The Role
*
Proactively win new SME customers within your patch
*
Run face-to-face and virtual meetings with business owners
*
Deliver consultative, solution-led sales, not product pitching
*
Present, negotiate, and close deals with confidence
*
Manage accounts post-sale to ensure long-term success
The Person
*
Proven success in field sales or high-performing B2B telesales
*
Strong new business / hunter mindset
*
Comfortable selling solutions or services
*
Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by earnings
*
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

Base salary £35,000

OTE £53,875 + uncapped commission

Car allowance £5,200–£6,200
