What you’ll be doing
* Play a key role in growing our business by strengthening how we engage, influence, and communicate with customers and stakeholders
* Create clear, engaging content that brings our work to life - translating technical information into accessible, compelling messaging
* Lead on digital strategy, including campaign management and ongoing development of our website in partnership with external specialists
* Support and enhance a culture of quality, compliance, and best practice across the business
* Ensure alignment with relevant legislation (including Awaab’s Law), identifying risks and helping implement effective controls
* Balance technical delivery with a strong focus on customer and resident experience
* Manage multiple priorities confidently, stepping into projects mid-delivery and keeping everything on track
What we’re looking for
* Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
* A proactive, driven individual who can hit the ground running
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, original content
* Solid understanding of digital platforms, campaigns, and content strategy
