We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (SaaS Sales)

London (Gray’s Inn Road) – Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH

Up to £45,000 base + £40,000 in commission (uncapped)

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving SaaS growth, building relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and closing complex deals that genuinely make a difference in education.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and growing a robust outbound sales pipeline
  • Delivering high-impact software demonstrations and value-based sales conversations
  • Engaging directly with C-level decision makers across the education sector
  • Consistently smashing targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to spot cross-sell opportunities
