The Requirements

• An experienced proactive Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• To proactively drive new business into the restaurant
• Engage with local businesses and create partnerships to drive footfall
• The proactive sales manager will follow up sales leads, attend events and present the brand to prospective clients
• You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
• Consistently looking to maximise revenue and sales opportunities to increase business
• Creativity to post and manage social media accounts
• Confident being the face of the brand
