Randstad are working in partnership with a highly reputable IT Solutions Client looking for a driven, pro-active individual to join an ambitious and successful SME, who are truly customer focused working to expand their already market leading business.

They are seeking a driven, motivated, experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their already well established sales team within their office. This dynamic individual will be responsible for driving forward the sales of this business, winning new accounts, maintaining current clients/customers and optimising sales.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:

Planning and implementing lead generation and sales growth strategies to grow our business by an aggressive acquisition of new customers; Generating interest in the company/products/services by developing relationships with prospective customers; Building a pipeline of leads & new potential customers; Recommending solutions; Preparing proposals and ensuring all enquiries are followed through; Attending meetings with existing & prospective customers; Negotiating & closing deals; Identifying potential for product improvements & introducing new products; Serving as the public face of the compa...
