We are working with a growing mid-sized fit out company based in central London. As part of their expansion plan, they are looking to recruit a business development manager to target consultants, end-users and the key decision makers to increase their portfolio of work.

Their sweet spot is delivering projects ranging from £500k to £3m, with the majority being within the commercial office sector.

The BDM will be responsible for bringing in new leads and nurturing client relationships from initial contact through to contract award. Understanding the clients needs and requirements is paramount as many of their projects are not only based on price but design, planning and social values.

You will be given autonomy to drive the turnover and target clients throughout London in order to win work and increase their order book.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in working within the fit out sector and understand how best to develop relationships with clients in this sector.

If you do not have fit out experience you will not be considered for the role.

In return you will be offer a basic salary plus an attractive sales driven bonus structure.
