Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager (or an ambitious sales professional ready to step up) to grow industrial market share through the sale of technical water treatment technologies and solutions.
This is a strategic, field-based role focused on new business development, territory growth, and long-term customer partnerships within the Industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business sales to achieve revenue targets
* Develop and execute territory growth plans
* Build strong relationships with industrial customers
* Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams
* Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions
* Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities
About You:
* Proven track record in business development or technical field sales within the Industrial market
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

* Confident engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders
