Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus Location: Northamptonshire, UK (Hybrid) with International Travel Sector: Specialist Engineering / High-Performance Test & Measurement

With demand continuing to grow internationally, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive further global success.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing new business and managing strategic accounts across the UK and Europe. This is an ideal position for a technically minded sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment, navigating long sales cycles and working closely with engineering teams.
