Alchemis is the leading New Business Development Consultancy for marketing, creative and communication agencies. Our mission is to drive growth for our clients through meticulously crafted new business campaigns. Our robust combination of thorough processes, reliable data, a talented team of account managers, and strong client relationships sets us apart.
We employ around 20 people in London’s West End and work with clients all over the UK and overseas.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Covent Garden with 2 days WFH. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
What can we offer you in return?
· Initial salary of £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience, with an OTE of £55K to £70K
· Annual performance and salary review with salary and bonus uncapped

Your responsibilities as Business Development Manager:
· Managing your own client base of a portfolio of 4-5 agency clients
· Working with your clients to develop a business development strategy that achieves their goals
· Identifying and reaching out to high value prospects to generate new business opportunities
· Meeting your clients regularly to report on progress, review campaign successes and make recommendations about future strategy or campaign direction
· Maintaining and building relationships with clients to deliver the best possible service
· Calling marketing decision makers on behalf of your clients to generate high quality new business meetings
What are we looking for from you?
· Strong background in Business Development and Sales strategies
· Confidence in dealing with clients at all levels
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
· Taking personal responsibility for performance and lead development
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
