AURA UK is a technology-led security services business providing rapid access to professional, vetted security response solutions across the UK. We combine innovative technology with high-quality security services to protect people, property and assets.


We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue, build strong client relationships, and help AURA grow its UK footprint.


What you'll do:

  • Generate new business across our security services portfolio: dispatch technology, alarm response, keyholding, mobile patrols and more.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating terms and onboarding new clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound leads.
  • Develop relationships with security installers, facilities managers, property teams and senior decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent AURA at industry events and networking forums.


Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communicator, negotiator and presenter.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems to manage your pipeline and report on results.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • SaaS B2B experience and strong technology product knowledge is a plus.
  • Have a full UK driving licence.


Desirable:

Experience selling in the security industry (control rooms, activity management software, alarm response, keyholding, mobile patrols) and knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
