Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business, driving growth in sales and building long lasting relationships with customers and key accounts. If you have a passion for lead generation, networking and field sales then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach within target markets. Manage business development for the Midlands region prospecting to potential customers and ensuring outstanding service to existing customers. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand client needs and position consultancy services effectively.
