Who We're Hiring For
We're working exclusively with a leading digital learning specialist to find a Business Development Manager to support the growth of their Skills Bootcamp provision across several key regions in England.
Our client is an established name in digital skills delivery — partnered with the likes of Apple, AWS, Google, and Microsoft — and they're scaling up quickly off the back of new funded contracts.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building and managing verified employer networks across your region — getting businesses committed to interviewing and hiring bootcamp graduates, generating pipeline, and supporting the commercial activity that sits behind funded digital skills delivery.
Day to day that looks like:
Building a verified employer network — securing business commitments to interview and hire Skills Bootcamp learners
Generating leads and managing relationships with employers, LEPs, Chambers of Commerce, and local growth stakeholders
Representing the organisation at regional events and forums
Working closely with the delivery team to align employer demand with live programme provision
