Business Development Manager – Restaurant Tech

Client-facing 360 sales | Own your territory (East London & Essex)

Bethnal Green → Stratford → Walthamstow → Loughton & Epping

£37,000 base | £60,000+ OTE

Travel expenses paid weekly

The opportunity

They’ve recently launched a new AI + integrated payments product, designed to help restaurants:

• Fill more tables

• Reduce no-shows

• Manage bookings more intelligently

• Drive demand on quieter days

• Maximise revenue from their seating capacity


It’s a product that operators quickly see value in because it solves real, everyday challenges.


The role

This is a client-facing 360 new business role where you will fully own your territory.

You’ll have autonomy over your diary and be expected to build momentum through activity. Your week will be a mix of:

• Prospecting and building pipeline

• Walking into venues and creating opportunities

• Meeting restaurant owners face-to-face

• Running product demos

• Managing the full sales cycle through to close


You’ll be targeting 10–14+ new venue signings per month, so this suits someone who enjoys being busy, covering ground and creating opportunities through volume.

This is not a sit-behind-a-laptop role.
