The Role: Manage and develop a portfolio of key contacts within housing associations, local authorities, and their contractor networks. Drive new business by converting leads into sales using a structured, proactive approach. Present and promote the company's products and services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to maximise business opportunities. Identify, assess, and validate sales opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's offerings. Represent the company on relevant procurement frameworks and portals. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations. Provide on-site support and technical expertise to customers as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities.
