We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to take ownership of a role, develop meaningful client relationships, and be rewarded for the results they deliver.

The territory covered will be across the North West of England and North Wales and the company offer a hybrid way of working mixed across office/home and territory travel.

You've worked in driving growth across transport and logistics sectors. You've sold on value, built strong relationships, and can hit the ground running with instant credibility. You're looking for somewhere you can bring fresh thinking, not just recycle the same old approach.

You're from a similar B2B sector, where you have sold any form of service into sectors such as manufacturing, retail, produce or any industry that have physical products to sell that need to be delivered. You understand how these businesses work, and what drives buying decisions. You've proven you can sell on value and build lasting relationships. Learning our specific service offering? Or... You're a Commercial Sales Star:

The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in driving growth across transport and logistics sectors, with the territory, tools, and support to do it well. This is a role with real commercial substance — building a pipeline, winning new accounts, and developing client relationships that last.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying and winning new business across transport, logistics, and related sectors
* Building and managing a pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets
* Developing long-term client relationships built on trust and understanding
* Tailoring solutions to customer needs — and following through on what you promise
* Keeping across market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
* Working closely with operations to ensure strong service delivery
* Representing the business professionally in every interaction
You Probably...
Enjoy the challenge of new business and get genuine satisfaction from winning accounts and building relationships. You’re confident, commercially minded, and self-directed — you don’t need close management to stay on track. You read people well, communicate clearly, and you know how to move a conversation forward.
* Proven in B2B sales — ideally with a logistics, transport, or related industry background (all adjacent markets will be strongly considered)
* A natural relationship-builder who people warm to instantly
* Commercially astute — you understand margin, pipeline, and the levers of a deal
* Self-driven, with the confidence to back your own judgement
* A strong communicator and influencer who can adapt to any audience
* Full UK driving licence
