Salary: £48,000 base + 2% commission on revenue + commission on qualified leads (OTE £130,000) + car allowance or company car

The Package

  • £48,000 base salary
  • 2% commission on all revenue
  • Commission on all qualified leads
  • OTE of £130,000+
  • Company car or car allowance provided
  • Based in Reading, with regular on-site collaboration

The Role

  • Generate, qualify and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Drive pipeline growth and close consultative, value-led deals
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound activity
  • Maintain accurate and visible CRM records
  • Collaborate across the commercial and operations teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

About You

  • Comfortable selling into technical and engineering-led environments
  • Intelligent, curious and a fast learner with a growth mindset
  • Consultative sales approach with exposure to structured methodologies
  • Experienced in managing a full B2B sales cycle
  • Credible and trustworthy with both customers and colleagues
  • Experience in the PCB or wider electronics manufacturing industry is highly desirable
