Business Development Manager – Precision Engineering (Aerospace & Defence) Location: Nottingham (with regular UK travel) Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 + company car + commission (DOE)
EMBS Engineering has been instructed on an exclusive basis to appoint a critical hire for a highly respected, precision engineering business specialising in build-to-print solutions for demanding sectors including aerospace, defence, and energy. Known for technical excellence, quality, and long-term customer partnerships, our client is looking to expand and hit new record heights.
As such, we are now seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to work closely with the Sales Director, playing a key role in developing their customer base and strengthening existing relationships.
This role is suitable for anyone currently working in Sales, Business Development, Customer Care or Customer/Client Account Manager.
OR
Category Manager or Supply Chain Manager who has experience with OEMs, having worked within advanced manufacturing environments, supplying into highly regulated industries.
The Role
Coming from an engineering or manufacturing background, you will understand the nuance of how these businesses work, the terminology used and, most importantly, how to communicate with key stakeholders in these environments.
