ROLE: Business Development Manager Project DevelopmentSALARY: £36,000 + Quarterly BonusLOCATION: Worcester (Office Based with travel)THE COMPANY:Red Rock are working with a global manufacturer and supplier within the construction sector. With operations across Europe, The Americas and beyond, alongside international branches, the company is experiencing exciting growth and expansion.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of the companys project-based business, working across the full construction lifecycle from specification through to completion.Working hours are Monday to Friday (8am 5pm), based at the Worcester headquarters, with travel required for meetings, site visits, and industry events.BENEFITS:23 days holiday + bank holidaysPaid day off on your birthdayPrivate medical insuranceQuarterly profit-share bonus scheme Breakfast and refreshments providedEye care voucher schemeOn-site parkingDUTIES:Identifying, developing, and securing new project opportunities within the construction and specification marketBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributorsManaging the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to project completionDeveloping and maintaining a strong project pipeline with accurate forecastingPromoting products and solutions through meetings, presentations, and site visitsCollaborating with internal teams including Commercial, Technical, Marketing, and OperationsGathering market intelligence, competitor insights, and industry trendsSupporting the creation of project proposals, quotations, and technical documentationEnsuring customer needs are understood and delivering tailored solutionsMaintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline activityRepresenting the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunitiesDriving continuous improvement through feedback on products and market needsREQUIREMENTS:Proven experience in business development or sales is essential, ideally within a project-based or specification-led environment.We are looking for a motivated individual with a hunter mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking to progress within a growing international business that values internal development and long-term career progression.Immediate interviews available, so please do not delay in applying.
