We are currently looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join our team at Broughton.
Hours of Work: 40 hrs. Monday – Friday, Hybrid. On site minimum 2 days per week or as required.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our Laboratory Services business with our global client base. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will identify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. With a remit spanning pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Lifestyle sectors, you will demonstrate your ability to identify and onboard new clients as well as retain and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and lead sales activities to accelerate business development, win contracts, and capture market share. Retain and grow existing accounts, monitoring and maximising customer relationship scores. When new clients are secured, manage the relationship to obtain further ongoing business. Preparing and negotiating indepth SOWs, proposals and tenders. Achieving the targets agreed for both revenue generation and profitability. Collaborating with the wider company to identify opportunities and trends.Business Development Manager Requirements:
