We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a trusted distributor and manufacturer serving high-reliability industries. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on new business acquisition, market expansion, and solution-led selling of electronic components and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B technical sales background, particularly in the electronics or engineering space, and thrive in a self-driven, consultative sales environment. This is a remote role - covering the west of the country, including south Wales and Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & secure new business with OEMs, CEMs, and Tier 1 contractors across the UK Explore new markets for Charcroft's product and service offerings Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events Engage customers via site visits, technical presentations, and product discussions Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reporting Collaborate internally with product managers, sales, and engineering teams
Key Skills & Experience:
