My client is a growing and well-established IT solutions provider, delivering end-to-end technology services including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, hardware/software, and managed services.
They are now looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive new business growth while managing and expanding existing client relationships.
The Role
This is a hybrid new business and account management role suited to a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term client partnerships as much as winning new logos.
You’ll be responsible for developing a strong pipeline, closing new opportunities, and growing revenue across a portfolio of accounts, working closely with technical and delivery teams to provide tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Win new business across the UK IT solutions and services market Manage and grow existing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead to close Conduct client meetings, account reviews, and solution presentations Identify customer needs and position appropriate IT solutions Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts Accurately update CRM and sales reports
