Business Development Representative - BDR
Are you a top salesperson, with experience cold-selling into B2B clients?
Ready to build your own sales empire?
We're looking for an exceptional salesperson to shape and deliver outbound sales strategy in a growing Talent Solutions business.
This position offers the chance to get in early on a high-growth business; developing cold selling efforts from very early stage conversations to ongoing reoccurring revenue.
You will be very comfortable on the phone, overcoming objections and qualifying cold prospects. You will receive the best tools to help you sell, selling solutions valued typically between £200k and £1m in lifetime value (LTV), and work directly with the leadership team (exec and directors) in closing deals.
10 new clients = your first year target (we'll show you how). Path to 200k+ OTE in years 2-3.
You will need to have a strong work ethic, be very comfortable with self-motivation, and have the ambition to transition from cold selling - to deal closing - to the development and management of additional sales hires in the future. Target clients are high-end financial services organisations that can reduce costs and compliance risk in their talent organisation through a combination of services, technology, and outsourcing.
Based in the City of London, 4 days p/week in the office. - Apply today!
