As a Business Development Representative at Cocentric, you will be focused on growth and driving scale for our products and services. As a BDR you will own outbound pipeline creation into HR, IT and Operations, shape our ABM motions, and be the start for enterprise and upper mid-market deals. You will combine hands on prospecting with playbook building, experimentation, and cross-functional orchestration.
RESPONSIBILITIES Own outbound pipeline creation: hit monthly meeting and Sales accepted opportunities targets and quarterly pipeline goals for priority ICPs/segments. Prospect into target accounts : research, build lists, and multi-thread into HR, IT, and Operations leaders across enterprise/upper mid-market. Run outbound campaigns end-to-end: write sequences, call, email, LinkedIn/video, and A/B test messaging, report results and iterate. Qualify rigorously : use MEDDICC to confirm pain, impact, authority, and next steps, convert first meetings to SAOs. Book and hold meetings : secure time with decision makers, drive confirmations/reminders, and recover no shows quickly.
