Salary: Circa £50,000 + Commission + Benefits (Company car after 6 months) Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the region, managing and coaching your team, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. This role is perfect for someone with milk canvassing or door-to-door sales experience who thrives on building relationships and winning new customers.

Key Responsibilities Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team. Conduct field visits and train new starters in the art of customer acquisition. Generate new business opportunities and develop lasting customer relationships. Manage performance and reporting to meet growth targets. What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in milk canvassing, door-to-door, or similar field sales. Current or former team leader looking for progression into management. Ability to bring an existing team with you or build one from scratch. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills. Background in utilities (e.g. electricity) or home improvement sales (e.g. double glazing) will also be considered. What’s on Offer
