About the Role Youll be responsible for developing new business across the region, managing and coaching your team, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. This role is perfect for someone with milk canvassing or door-to-door sales experience who thrives on building relationships and winning new customers.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team. Conduct field visits and train new starters in the art of customer acquisition. Generate new business opportunities and develop lasting customer relationships. Manage performance and reporting to meet growth targets.
