Located in our London office, we are looking for a Business Development, Senior Associate to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of business development, compliance, and operations, playing a critical part in strengthening relationships with clients, banking partners, and liquidity providers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with partners, liquidity providers, and trading counterparties to ensure smooth

operational execution.

• Assist in KYC onboarding and LP/bank account opening to meet regulatory and compliance.

• Maintain CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.

•  Assist in drafting commercial terms, agreements, and supporting legal documentation.

• Contribute to marketing initiatives and material preparations for investors and strategic partners.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team in trading and client servicing.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of experience in operations, trading, or account management, preferably in the financial services, FX, or investment sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Legal, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage operational tasks efficiently.

• Proactive mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and driving business growth.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
