Location: Filton (60% onsite) Rate: £42.39 Umbrella / £31.68 PAYE Contract: Until Oct 2026 (strong extension potential) Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days between 7am–7pm) #Security: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

Overview Morson are proud to be supporting our prestegious aerospace manufacturing client who are looking to hire an experienced Business Managment professional to support business improvement and project controlling activities within an engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities Managing offload suppliers

Raising and managing purchase orders

Supporting project controlling activities

Workload planning and performance tracking

Driving business and project improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For Strong all-round business management experience with some project managment experience

Confident working autonomously

Resilient, proactive, and hands-on

Experience in supplier and financial management

Engineering background preferred (open to transferable industries)

Experience valued over formal qualifications
