Job Description
We are partnering with a rapidly expending digital assets strategy Hedge Fund seeking to appoint a Business Manager to support its London-based COO.
As the firm accelerates the expansion of its European business, it is seeking a high-calibre Business Manager to partner closely with the COO at a pivotal stage of growth. The role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, supporting market entry initiatives, new product launches, and cross-border expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the individual will drive priority projects, enhance connectivity between the investment and infrastructure teams, and deliver rigorous, data-led analysis to inform executive decision-making. This is a highly visible position offering meaningful influence across international growth plans and organisational development.
Candidates should currently operate in a Business Manager, COO, or strategic leadership capacity within the buy-side. The client will also consider individuals from a consulting background, provided they have a strong focus on financial services and demonstrable exposure to investment management or capital markets environments.
The role is targeted to pay up to a £250k TC year one.
