Build a high-performance environment grounded in accountability, collaboration and ambition. Lead from the front, setting standards, driving activity and elevating capability. Expand market share across engineering, manufacturing, operations and supply chain. Strengthen relationships with existing warm clients while opening new strategic accounts. Drive revenue through intelligent pricing, market insight and proactive business development. Influence regional strategy and contribute to wider business initiatives. Strive to deliver operational excellence. Ensure compliance, quality and delivery standards remain consistently high. Use data and forecasting to make informed decisions and maximise profitability.
What You Bring A strong, proven track record in agency recruitment within engineering, manufacturing, operations or supply chain. Similar leadership experience, developing consultants, improving performance and building teams. The ability to balance billing with strategic leadership. Commercial sharpness, emotional intelligence and a collaborative, modern leadership style. Ambition to grow into a larger regional or multi-site leadership role.
