Job Title:Business Manager - New & Used Cars

Salary:Basic £35,000 + Bonus - OTE £50,000 + car

Full-Time and Permanent Position

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership with a turnover of approximately £250

million and over 700 employees, is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join

their sales team in York. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a

successful track record to contribute to the continued success of the dealership.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a proven track record of consistently

achieving sales targets in car sales or a financial services related environment, be

tenacious, enthusiastic and take personal responsibility for team achievement and have

a strong desire to succeed.

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in car sales or financial

services

Tenacious, enthusiastic, and personally responsible for team achievement

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Team player with a genuine interest in people

Strong desire to succeed

Ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional

professionalism and customer satisfaction

Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Minimum of 12 months successful track record in customer-facing, target-driven

Business Sales Management

Valid UK driving license
