We’re hiring: Business Operations Lead (London)

At Liquify, we’re connecting global capital markets with African SMEs to supercharge economic growth on the continent. After recently raising our $1.5m seed round to target this $200bn+ market, we’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to build the backbone of our operations in London.

You’ll be the engine of the business; running client onboarding, ensuring smooth transactions, and shaping the processes alongside our ex-Meta CTO. It’s a high-ownership role for someone who loves building structure, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to make a tangible impact in a high-growth fintech.

What you’ll do:

Own core operations: onboarding, KYC/KYB, credit checks, invoice management

Ensure flawless execution of transactions

Be the operational face of Liquify for our clients

Design and improve workflows, working with our CTO on automation

Build playbooks and frameworks to scale operations across markets

Lead our internal company operations

What we’re looking for:

✔ 3–5 years in ops, consulting, or fintech (startup experience = big plus)

✔ Strong analytical + organisational skills, bias for action

✔ Great communicator and problem-solver

✔ Builder’s mindset — happy to roll sleeves up

✔ Nice to have: strong interest or experience in credit/lending + a passion for emerging markets
