Perks of Working at Viator

Our Values

As a Business Operations Manager on our B2B Strategy & Ops team, you'll be the operational engine behind our suppliers and partners. This is a highly execution-focused role where you’ll partner closely with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, improve systems, and unlock scalable growth.

You’ll serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce, building and maintaining the tools, dashboards, and workflows that keep our partner teams informed, enabled, and on pace. You'll lead with data, simplify complexity, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment — enabling us to act today while preparing for what’s next.

This role requires someone who thrives on getting things done, is obsessed with data accuracy, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to remove roadblocks. You'll be central to how we serve our B2B customers, improve every day, and own the outcomes that drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do

Own and optimize Salesforce as a critical operational tool for account managers and leadership. Troubleshoot issues, enhance workflows, and ensure the CRM reflects real-time business performance.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau to track KPIs, pacing, and performance against targets — enabling fast, data-driven decisions.

Drive QBR readiness by preparing executive-ready insights and materials, distilling complex performance data into clear, actionable strategies for our distribution partner teams.

Collaborate deeply across functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to align priorities, remove blockers, and move initiatives from idea to execution.

Support and enable account teams with hands-on coaching, live troubleshooting, and scalable playbooks that help them reduce friction and move faster

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in Business Operations or Sales Operations, ideally with global scope and a B2B focus.

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, data hygiene, and user support; you're confident in both execution and optimization.

Proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau and SQL to generate insights and performance trends.

A builder's mindset — you’re resourceful, iterative, and constantly looking for better ways to do things.

A strong bias toward execution: you prioritize speed, clarity, and results without sacrificing quality.

Clear communicator and strong collaborator, with a track record of working cross-functionally to align, support, and move fast.

Proven ability to translate operational complexity into systems and tools that drive action.

If you need a reasonable accommodation or support during the application or the recruiting process due to a medical condition or disability, please reach out to your individual recruiter or send an email toAccessibleRecruiting@Tripadvisor.com and let us know the nature of your request. Please include the job requisition number in your message.
