Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Lead to join their team.

Day to day

  • Process improvement & project management and implementation
  • Communicating with each and every department on a day to day basis
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and productivity
  • Lean Methodologies: Lean tools - implement standard work to improve processes
  • Capability Building: Mentor and train teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support the goal of enhancing security, safety, and business efficiencies and process improvement

Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills; Good stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong business analytics / analytical thinker – able to build relationships / challenge the norm
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Lean Methodologies / Six Sigma qualifications
  • Experience in process improvement, lean leadership / lean tools

Salary £45,000 to £60,000 including benefits
