As a member of the Economic Development team, the post holder will support the delivery of marketing, communications, and public relations activity to promote the Council's economic development programmes, initiatives, and events. The post holder will primarily support the Business Solutions team across a wide range of areas, including business start-up, business growth, investment promotion, various grant support schemes, local economic partnerships, and international trade. They will also work with the Programmes team specifically on skills development and workforce initiatives delivered through the Labour Market Partnership.
