Business Project Manager (Manufacturing Sector) - 2 year fixed contract\nSalary £70,000 - £72,000 per annum + Car Allowance\nCandidate needs to be based within 1 hour of Rugby - hybrid working\n* Some UK and European Travel\nPlanning, executing and closing of projects, working within time-specific constraints,\nbudgets and scope. Leading Project Teams, developing comprehensive plans, managing\nrisks and communicating Project Status to Stakeholders.\nThis role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to deliver\nvalue and align projects.\n * Managing and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, incuding Ecommerce platforms\n * Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget\n * Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders\n * Assist in the definition of projects\n * Assist in developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs\n * Report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to other project team members and stakeholders\n * Ensuring resource availability and allocation\n * Managing the relationship with 3rd party providers, end users and all stakeholders\n * Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress\n * Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques\n * Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques\n * Reporting and escalating to management as needed\n * Tracking project performance and analysing the successful completion of short and long-term goals\n * Setting and meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis\n * Developing and sharing comprehensive project plans\nQualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2.\nBachelor's Degree in a Business related field.\nExperience\nMinimum of 5 years Project Management experience\nExperience delivering Projects in an Agile environment\nBudgetary and Financial Management Skills - Cost estimation, tracking expenditures, managing financial resources\nTechnical Knowledge\nKnowledge of Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)\nCompetent user of MS Project, Jira, Power BI\nSkills\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nAbility to multi-task, met deadlines, prioritise
