Business Support Administrator (Part-Time) Most back-office roles are treated as support functions. This one isn't. At MoveATech, the back office is the engine room. We're hiring a part-time Business Support Administrator to strengthen that engine. The Business MoveATech operates in technical recruitment across construction, engineering, and automation. The environments we work in are complex, high-pressure, and time-sensitive. Clients don't just need people, they need the right people, deployed correctly, paid accurately, and compliant at every stage. That only happens with strong internal infrastructure. Our Edgbaston, Birmingham HQ is the operational centre, bringing together recruitment, operations, and business support into one coordinated team of around 30. The Role This is not a “general admin” position. It's a precision role. You'll sit inside the back-office function, working across timesheets, payroll inputs, compliance, and financial checks. The output of your work directly impacts cash flow, client relationships, and contractor experience.
