Key Responsibilities of ourBusiness Support Manager in Engineering: As a Business Support Manager, your key responsibilities will be: Leading and coordinating core business functions across the engineering curriculum area, including planning, student recruitment and forecasting, data and registry management, and HR compliance. Embedding efficient and compliant business processes across all sections to support decision-making and ensure alignment with KPIs. Monitoring progress and ensuring robust compliance, including mandatory obligations such as Health & Safety, GDPR, and student records. Providing high-level administrative leadership, including supporting exam board preparation and contributing to UKVI Tier 4 processes. Driving a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to the leadership of the curriculum area and translating business objectives into effective operational plans.
