Senior Epicor Recruitment Consultant @ IT Works RecruitmentI am currently looking for a Business System Manager who can work full-time on site from Wembley, get in touch if you are interested!The RoleThis role is responsible for the management, support, evaluation and improvement of our ERP systems, data and processes (Epicor), and overseeing our IT hardware infrastructure, in conjunction with our IT support partners and internal staff.As an Epicor 10/Kinetic Business System Manager (ERP), you will be important in maintaining, customising, and optimising the ERP system to meet our company's evolving needs. You will collaborate with all parties to improve workflows, create solutions, and ensure integration with other systems.ResponsibilitiesTo provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system - Understand how Epicor is used in our business and identify opportunities for efficiency and business process improvementsDay-to-day and on-going management of Epicor ERP for optimum performanceIdentify and resolve issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as functional expert for Epicor to resolve issues that are raised.Direct and manage multiple ERP / Epicor projects of varying complexities from Business Case to full deployment of new or upgraded versions of Epicor into IT, Finance and Distribution while identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project.Work with third party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations to deliver our projects.Works with Epicor Consultants and Epicor Customer Support to ensure full utilisation of the software, and resolution of user and implementation issuesPlanning/managing future improvements/customisations and upgrades to EPICOREpicor training for employeesIT Management (in conjunction with IT support partners)Oversee and direct the service received from our selected IT support partners to ensure excellent availability of IT services for all employeesLead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.Ensuring of the smooth running of all IT systems and software on a day-to-day basisRequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent in the field of computer science with around 4 years relevant experience, ideally gained in a logistics, finance or distribution background.Good understanding of Epicor ERP, ideally with past experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst with strong SQL skillsProficiency in C#, SQL, SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, customisation, dashboards, ERP upgrades and BPM/BAQSolid understanding of developing and implementing solutions for ERP business processes, including production, finance, warehousing, distribution, intercompany and supply chainERP maintenance, support, training, and project managementCollaboration with ERP consultants and Epicor Customer SupportAny experience with website e-commerce integration, Marketing, CRM, SharePoint and Power BIAny primary IT system skills will be appreciatedHigh competence in project and stakeholder managementExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsA ‘hands on’ and practical approach, acts strategically whilst leading and directing on execution and implementationWillingness to travel to our Nottingham site from time to timeSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Management, and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
