We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Business Systems professional to join their Business Systems team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core business systems and ERP environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of analysis, development, and support, and is confident working across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve Business Systems issues, delivering effective and compliant solutions - Analyse, design, configure, and maintain Business Systems, including interfaces and reporting - Support system stability through configuration, data maintenance, and report development - Contribute to system lifecycle activities including testing, feedback, and continuous improvement - Document analysis work, manage change control processes, and track issues professionally - Act as an escalation point for Business Systems Engineers - Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to support system needs - Provide ongoing support for Business Systems and ERP environments - Carry out scheduled activities, including month-end processing
If you have previous experience in a Business Systems or ERP-focused role, good SQL knowledge, and are motivated by improving how systems support the wider business operations, we would be very keen to hear from you!
