Our client, a leading player in the London insurance market, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of product development and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the London insurance market, regulatory requirements, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll play a key role in driving system enhancements, improving application usability, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse system requirements and design solutions to boost efficiency and support growth. Collaborate with architecture, engineering, testing, and business SMEs to define and prioritise product features. Manage user stories in Azure DevOps and oversee functional and UAT testing. Work closely with SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards. Provide configuration support and drive user adoption of applications. Act as a product ambassador, promoting vision and strategy internally and externally.

Key Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in the London insurance market. Strong Agile methodology experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record liaising between technical teams and business leaders.
