Our trusted client, a long-standing partner of over seven years, is seeking a Business Systems Manager to take ownership of critical Adult & Children’s Social Care systems. This is a key leadership role, driving system performance, transformation, and service improvement across a local authority environment.
The Role
Lead a team of 5–10 across systems delivery & support
Own the full system lifecycle (implementation → optimisation → performance)
Drive systems strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement
Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and budgets
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and fit for purposeKey Systems (Experience Required)
Adult Social Care systems (e.g. Liquidlogic, Mosaic, CareFirst)
Children’s Social Care systems
Case management & workflow platforms
Integration with wider council systems (finance, CRM, etc.)What You’ll Need
Proven experience managing social care systems within a local authority
Strong leadership, stakeholder, and supplier management skills
Experience working in ITIL / Agile / PRINCE2 environments
Track record delivering within complex public sector organisationsPermanent opportunity with strong stability, impact, and long-term progression.
