The Role and Company:

I am looking for a driven and experienced Business Transformation Manager to join a large nationally recognised brand head quartered in the West Midlands.

As a Business Transformation Manager you will be driving strategic transformation and innovation across the business. You will be responsible for evaluating the current business model, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing transformation strategies to achieve desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the transformation aligns with the business's strategic goals. This involves managing projects, monitoring key performance indicators, and addressing any issues that arise during the transformation process.

This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to be in the West Midlands head office once a week on average.

Key Responsibilities:
