Business travel teams leaders duties * Leading and supporting a team of travel specialists. * Managing your own portfolio of artists and touring clients, delivering seamless, time-critical travel. * Coaching and developing team members to strengthen skills and confidence. * Overseeing high-pressure itinerary changes, reissues and VIP requests. * Acting as the point of escalation and helping drive consistent team performance. * Improving workflow efficiency across the team.

Business travel team leaders skills required -Team, leader experience for a TMC, ideally within entertainment, but they would consider a VIP background. * At least one year of team leadership or mentoring. * Excellent GDS capability (Galileo experience is highly valued), including reissues and complex itineraries.. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Business travel team leaders additional information - Hybrid London role with core hours of 10am-6pm. - Occasional out-of-hours support and participation in an on-call rota.
